The Fine Print

3-Day Pass Ticket Holders
Zep Fest 2011 3-Day ticket holders are required to exchange their ticket/pass for a 3-Day wristband. Wristbands are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be replaced. They cannot be removed and must be worn all three days of the Festival to allow entry.  Please don’t remove, stretch or tamper with your wristband in any way or you will not be allowed entry.  Enter and exit the Festival throughout the weekend at your leisure.

Single Day Pass Ticket Holders
ZeP Fest 2011 1-Day Pass ticket holders are required to exchange their ticket/pass for a 1-Day wristband. Wristbands are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be replaced. They cannot be removed and must be worn all day of the Festival to allow entry.  Please don’t remove, stretch or tamper with your wristband in any way or you will not be allowed entry.  Enter and exit the Festival throughout the weekend at your leisure. All ticket holders must pass through security and are subject to bag inspection. Prohibited items will not be allowed on Festival grounds.

Important Ticket information
Customer assumes all responsibility for allowing others to access Tickets/Pass and is solely responsible to ensure ticket is not duplicated. Only the FIRST Ticket/Pass presented and scanned at the entry gate grants admission. Subsequent and multiple presentations of the same Ticket/Pass are VOID and will be considered counterfeit and seized by Festival security staff.

Only tickets purchased through Zep Fest 2011 and its Affiliates are valid. If you purchased from an unauthorized source and/or the ticket is counterfeit, you will need to purchase a new ticket online or at the Box Office (if available). Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced. You will need to purchase a new ticket online or at the Box Office (if available). All ticket sales are FINAL. No refunds or exchanges.

Rain or Shine. Ticket is for ZEP FEST 2011, not for a specific artist. Artists and times subject to change. No refunds/exchanges. Tickets lost or stolen cannot be replaced. The ticket is a revocable license for the time listed. “Management” means Zep Fest 2011, LLC, and their affiliates. Management reserves the right without the refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price, to refuse admission or to eject any person who fails to comply with the rules of the venue, local, state or federal law or whose conduct is deemed illegal, disorderly, or offensive by Management. Persons entering the facility are subject to search for contraband, alcohol, controlled substances, weapons, firearms, fireworks, video equipment, or professional recording devices, which are expressly forbidden, and subject to confiscation. Ticket user bears all risks of personal injury incidental to the event, whether occurring before, during or after the event. Ticket user bears all risks, including cancellation of the event and of inclement weather. The resale or attempted resale of the ticket higher than that appearing hereon is prohibited and if discovered will result in the ticket being voided without refund. This ticket may not be used for advertising promotion (including contests and sweepstakes), or other trade purposes with the express written consent of Management. Ticket user consents to Management’s use of your image or likeness incidental to any video display, transmission, or recording of the event. No pets are allowed except service animals.
